You're right about that. Just because the US is better off in general than most countries doesn't mean that it shouldn't always improve. But nonetheless, the US is a great country, and i will risk to say that it has much more opportunities (considering the wealth and the capacity of the technology nowadays) than any place else in the world in any time of history.
You just sounded to me in your former post like you're not happy with the US but i may have misinterpreted it.
