Another thing I used to do, and this is going to sound crazy, I used to ask the Dream Master to send me a clear, timely, inspiring dream, or whatever I was looking for that night. I always got what I asked for. Not sure if it was the placebo effect but it always worked. Don't ask me who the Dream Master is... just learned about him in junior high and went with it. |
I don't meditate regularly because i havent had much success with it. But when i do it before bed,i don't notice any difference in my dreams at all. I do have intense,emotional,memorable dreams,but they happen very randomly and rarely,like once every 2 or 3 weeks.
And i tried something similiar to your Dream Master trick...i learned about this in a dream book i have,i tried writing down a simple question,writing it in my dream journal and reading it over and over slowly,and letting my mind know that i wanted a clear answer to this question. I only got answers 2 out of the 5 times i tried it,and those answers i don't even think were legitimate,i think i was just grasping for anything that remotely seemed relevant.
