Make sure the change is something you truly want. If it is someone else's vision for your life, success is unlikely. Pin down exactly what you want by writing it down - be specific! Next, work on changing your daily habits. More than anything else, it is our daily habits that prevent us from achieving our goals. Evaluate negative patterns and implement positive, productive ones. If you are stuck, work through your mental and emotional blocks. Take action every day and remind yourself often about what you are working toward.
