Ok, I know a little bit about this because I am the one that gave that qoute to Kris911.

I know that everyone will have their own version of what "If my spirit doesn't get involved-- I don't" means but what I meant by it was if there is an interaction that is taking place and my insides just won't leave me alone about it then I don't hesitate to get involved or maybe I do because I am a little bit scared but I know that I am supposed to be there!!! I agree that your spirit is probably always involved in your everyday life bringing you to places where you will receive growth so in that sense your spirit is always involved. But there are times when you want to indulge in something that is not taking you in a direction that is clearly beneficial, although you can use any experience for growth, you could have easily sidesteped this incident if you would have just listened to your past experiences. So I guess the real skill is listening to your spirit! Being able to listen in the language of Spirit and know when to move forward and when to retreat from a situation.
Kris and I were specifically talking about relationships and how to know when you meet someone who will be a benefit in your life especially considering the path that most lightworkers are on. The average person might be drawn to your light but should you make it a point to involve yourself with every person that seeks out your time? I try my best to let my spirit be my guide but I am still learning to listen in the language of Spirit!
