Well, personally I haven’t found that a problem because they’re foremost in my mind.
If you have to remember, perhaps they’re not really important to you? By the way, I’m assuming you mean intentions.
A good habit to get into is when you awake in the morning before you get out of bed… hit the snooze button and picture your day. The perfect day where you’re happy and things just flow; or concentrate on some of those intentions you have. Chances are you’ll fall asleep again, so when the alarm goes off repeat the process. Keep repeating until you finally get out of bed.
If nothing else, you’ve remembered to do your intentions and chances are you‘ll have a great day
