I welcome people wearing less clothes. God I can't wait for the middle of summer... exams over... parties... everybody happy... tanned skin...the outdoor swimming pool on campus....summer love. Heaven. I live in a student city so most of the girls are hot and I'm walking over to chat before I know what I'm gonna say. Or perhaps just drinking in the femine essence. mmmmm. I'm in the kind of mood where I could even listen to S Club 7 without cringing. 
I think I know the type you are talking about Stephen and I suppose most people call them chavs... it's a shame because I bet lots of them are great people but I'll probably never know...
