---Totally agree. I love your veiw on this. Since the moment I've realized that Meditation (or some form of Mind Blocking Technique) is helpful in calming yourself, I started trying all sorts of different Meditation practices....However, nothing (in my opinion) beats good ol' fashion "Alertness"..or Awareness to what is ---which is Now. When you're here now---theres not a worry in the world that can bother you.
---With this said, I have noticed that my inner connection with Women has helped with this alot. I love Women....period! I love watching their grace---their Love---there openess---their beauty---I just love the Beauty in Women (inside out) Watching women in action, helps me get in touch with an inner energy field that i cannot explain---And its not watching them in a lustful way. Its more like an energy hits me when I see a beautiful women. For those 5, 10, or however long minutes of watching women----I have no other care or worry. Just the admiration for their beauty. This helps me get back to the main focus. Which ultimately is--- all my needs are always met, I love life, and I love the oneness I feel with the world.
