best way to get in touch with anger? Hey guys and gals, have a question please.
I'm discovering that I have some old old anger inside me. I have meditations to get in touch with it, but I'm finding that I repress it a lot (out of fear, perhaps, or that it doesn't fit with my self-image). Would like to know everyone's favourite ways of really getting in touch with this anger, moving past this resistance, and healing it once and for all. My favourite meditations work for everything else like old sadness and even frustrations, but pure murderous anger seems to have a lot of resistance around it.
