According to Abraham, dreams do not create reality (unlike thoughts in everyday consciousness). Dreams are more an indicator sign of what you have already created with your thoughts, but have not actually manifested in physical reality yet.

However, dreams are metaphoric, therefore the interpretation is non-literal. For example, if you dream of a snake swimming in a sea, it does not necessarily mean that a literal snake in a literal sea is going to appear in your physical reality. The dream does mean something - but what? That is what you have to figure out.
