I used tapping for the biggest stage fright ever. I was so scared that just thinking about it made me shake and lose my breath. It helped me so much, that when the actual event came, I was a little excited, but just so much that it helped me stay concentrated. I was totally impressed and I couldn't believe that it was so simple. I honestly think that if I didn't accidentally(?) run into this technique I wouldn't be able to do the presentation.
