Noticeable difference from natural organics Hi guys,
Sometimes I need to pull 10 - 12 hour days during the week due to classes and work. I've noticed a huge difference in my sustenance this week when I packed raw organic veggies and all-natural foods to take with me. When I eat fast food or processed food, I crash much faster and feel exhausted by the time I'm finished with my day.
I've also noticed a huge difference with my sleep. Eating a well-balanced meal the day before helps me get up much earlier without feeling drowsy. Even though I'm on a limited budget, buying natural food has been worth the extra investment in my health.
I encourage anyone who is still consuming a lot of processed foods to try it for a week. |
