YES!
You can pick up on it from any combination of variables-
In typed text, the vibration of the writer translates into the language, tone, vocabulary, phrases, etc.
In a handwritten message, can tell by the text, the handwriting, language, even the color, style of the writing utensil or paper chosen.
Kind of like semiotics for written documents.
It would probably be easier to pick up on the vibration with more elaboration, and how much you can 'see' into the person from it. It's probably easier to pick up on the vibrations the closer to the person you get, eg would be even easier through spoken conversation, or through seeing the writer in person, etc.
