And then asking everyone, how do you go about knowing if your spirit is getting involved or not?

I have been starting to think it is always involved even when I'm off being unconscious about everything. That even in that state there is a divine plan running. That being unconscious of Being is part of what spirit wants to do for a while as well as awakening. Or rather - how would spirit know to awaken if it wasn't asleep?
