I look up ex girlfriends on their myspace and facebook. It's fun, so don't think you're a stalker. If they were worried they'd set it to private.
People getting hurt in relationships is one of the unfortunate outcomes of some relationships. How people deal with it is their problem.
You can't say oh it's ok for him to be horrible because his chick broke his heart. People like that need to move on and be responsible for how they act - girlfriend or not.
If you keep getting betrayed maybe you need to find a nice girl to give your heart to.
