Your forum carries the name 'VetTech Jess Forum" . If, for example, I purchased the forum I would be buying "VetTech Jess Forum" which is one hiccup away from VetTech Jess.com. And if I decided it would be a great draw for porn....you get the rest.
I think you might be mangling your main vet site here. You might want to give it a lot of thought before you sell it.
