Don't worry yourself about this. I don't think any of us can avoid completely the effect of second-hand smoke, unfortunately I chuckle when I find myself holding my breath as I walk past a cluster of smokers outside the entrance to the mall or my favorite restaurant. I probably inhale as much that is bad for me from general pollution in the air all around me.

Your intent is to be nicotine free and you are, to the best of your ability. That's what counts!
