Just a thought, and I'm a bit confused too. You stopped the notary forum because of spam and inactivity. But aren't you still going to get spam and won't you still be inactive?? I'm not being mean, but just changing the content won't be enough, I would think.

Have you thought about selling the domain name? It wouldn't have to go for much. I know nothing here, but say $100, that would give you more than enough to set up a new forum with a new domain. Lots of folks have no clue how to set up a forum and might be interested in settling into one ready made.
