Yep. Sounds like the perfect "do over" to me. Wish I could have had a do over when I was 18. Would've saved me a lot of unnecessary grief and frustration.
Seriously, I don't mean to minimize what must be a truly impactful realization, but unless there's some real trauma you're experiencing to finally awakening - some grief or remorse or other sense of loss - then there's really nothing to do but dive right in and start making your new life in a way that you are congruent with. If you do that now, I'd say you're about 20 years (or so) ahead of most people.
