Hi,
I'm new to forums, this forum, and this thread.

To: WRX AJT: The author of "Social Intelligence" is Daniel Goleman.
And you were also wanting to know if there were any other books like "Tipping Point" etc. There is one called "Only the Paranoid Survive" by Andrew S. Grove. It's a good book to read. It talks about how a business faces inflection points and that if it does not deal with these inflection points in the best way, then that can have a dire impact on the business.

I have just recently read "The New Think & Grow Rich" by Ted Ciuba, which is the adaptation of Napoleon Hill's version, for the 21st century. It's a very good book and written in easy to grasp english.
