here. This is what you need to do:
1. Get a file, notebook or blog, to keep proper written records of your experiment. Choose one or two areas of your life, for the purposes of this experiment. For example, "Career"; "My Hobby"; or "Health".
2. Suppose you choose "Career". Now do a writing exercise, to describe the reality of your career as you currently see it. A very simple framework could be as follows:
(a) five things you like best about your job, and why
(b) five things you dislike the most about your job, and why
(c) what you expect your job situation would be like, in 2 months' time, if you just carry on with your life pretty as usual.
3. Date your piece of paper, and keep your paper somewhere safe. Note: You will not be looking at this piece of paper again, until the experiment is over in two months' time.
The paper is just to record your current reality as it is, and your current thinking as it is. In 2 months time, you will revisit this piece of paper and see what kind of changes your use of LOA has created, over a 2-month period.
