Ok. For me, water symbolizes Spirit. The "left" side of things also represents the spiritual versus the physical side.
Obviously the driving part is a journey of some kind.
When I put these three things together, what comes up for me is that you are on a path of spiritual discovery that is actually taking you further from true spirituality.
Now, that being said, please remember that this is how these things occur to me in my dreams. They may or may not have any bearing whatsoever on your situation.
