I think that the reason that I haven't been on PD sites after the unsuccessful attempt to quit smoking is that every time I checked out a PD site, I was reminded of the #1 thing I should take care of before doing any other PD.
Smoking.
And until now, I haven't had the guts / true desire to say stop and take that huge step again.
AND it really hurts when you really disappoint yourself by starting smoking again even after you've promised yourself that you'll never ever touch another cigarette.
I didn't want to attempt quitting again until I felt that I KNEW that I would keep off smoking for real.
I hope that this explains it.
