Wow, thanks Erin & Lola. This is new to me and it is so cool. There is a slight caveat... I don't always remember what the voice tells me. The first few times, I thought it was some weird type of dream, however, the last time, I did actually feel slightly depressed with the energy change and remembered parts of the message. Next time, I'll be prepared with a notebook by my bed and write down anything I remember when I wake up.
Before I logged on tonight, I thought it has been a while since I noticed Lola on the forums so, I was pleasantly surprised to read your post.
