re keyboard short-cuts.
For applications I use a lot, I create a quick keyboard short-cut reference card, print it out on nice photo card, and schedule a learning session with it. I'll go through each short-cut, and tick off on the card, if it's useful, or going to save me time, worth remembering etc.
Once I've done my learning session, I reshuedule for a later date (am using the 43 folders / tickler file idea from GTD).
