Recently, I have experienced a very wise voice talking to me when I sleep. I am not sure if these experiences are dreams because it is just a voice, without visuals. When listening to this voice, I feel pristine and something stronger than peace. When waking after the last ?dream?, I felt slightly depressed feeling my normal energy vibration. Ironically, the voice had been telling me about vibrational energy and the energy we bring to encounters with people.
Erin, are these dreams or am I communicating with my higher self or guides or something else? Perhaps, an impossible question for you to answer, but I value your opinion.
BTW thank you for the article. Analysing my dreams is something I have on my list and you have inspired me to start journaling my dreams.
