Basically, words doesn't have an impact on things but the energy you put behind the words will. Like if a robot went "I love you", there isn't any energy behind the words therefore you probably wouldn't feel anything. However, if your relative or friends went "I love you", there would be the energy of love behind it therefore you will feel emotion towards the speaker.
If you tell someone you love them, look at them lovingly or touch them lovingly, the energy would still be the same. It's not the form of communication used but the energy behind the medium. Is that right?
That's probably how you just know that somebody is lying. Negative energy.
