You'd be surprised how many people dream in black and white.
It's not a progressive list, per se. I read the book more than 20 years ago so it's hard to remember what the quiz was about, but I remember when taking the test I was pretty close to being at the highest level of dreaming, if such a think can be ranked even. And I wanted to get all the way to the highest end, which included programming dreams and lucid dreaming at will.
It might be a kick to see if I can find the book again and read it now as an adult.
