Floaters are common and almost exclusively the domain of the near sighted. Your eye's focal point is inside the fluid of the eyeball instead of on the retina and that's just where the floater tissue is. If you have not always had it and now have it, along with your other symptoms I would run, not walk, to get tested for diabetes. Your cluster of symptoms is very concerning for that.
Anxiety is a drag, no doubt. I am a calm, carefree, happy person and I would be the last on the planet anyone would bet on to have anxiety but I think I have some brief anxiety issues now and then. I have my own cures that are very simple. Like I mostly feel it waking on Mondays for some reason even though I like my job and have no dread of Mondays. If my husband sleeps in bed with me instead of falling asleep on the couch watching TV, it doesn't happen. Only on Mondays. Weird.
