I still remember back in 1998 and most religious group are running around like headless chickens claiming that satan was coming (1999). You know, flip 999 and you get 666 (also predicted by the well known Nostradamus).

Then at the summer of 1999 there was heaps of media coverage about the Mellinium bug of 2000. You remember, that all of our computer timer would reset back to Zero. The planetary alignment would cause gravitation pull and would cause unimaginable disasters, (and this was backed-up by most scientist). The computer world would go in chaos. I still remember my family packing and storing food and water, just to be prepared for of all the hysteria that was happening.

Also, they were groups of people like 'Marco Polo'(previous post), who were asking for everyone's money and possession because that's the only way god will save their sins. One guy reached $3million in money and assets and ran away with it.

I think what's more legitimate and can be seen evidently was the melting of the polar Ice caps I saw on the news last night. Despite of all the rave above polar ice caps melting in the previous months, they showed a new footage of a 50mile stretch of more breakage of the ice caps.
