- Eat, work, rest and play - regularly - do not toss one out for another
- Value your relationship
- Be truthful with yourself while setting expectations and goals
- Do not over-promise
- Keep your to-do list for the day manageable - one you can finish by the end of work day. Then you can go home satisfied with a feeling that you finished what you intended to.
- Learn not to do anything (thinking, dreaming, reading, talking....) just being yourself - for 5-10 minutes a day
