I also use Launchy since a friend of mine brought it to my attention - and i havenīt seen my start-menu, program files or games folder for about half a year ;=)
you can also add extensions like .mp3 to its index - although it could decrease speed of launchy seriously if you have way to much mp3s on your hdd.
