Hello everyone! I've been attempting to Astral Project for amost 2 years now, with no sucsess. However, last night something out of the ordinary happened, and I'm really wondering if it's linked.

So anyways, I was lying in bed last night, practically asleep. All of a sudden I began to feel this weird sensation along my arms. (Maybe my whole body too, I don't really remember) It felt like my physical body had turned into one of those electric massagers that would vibrate back and forth. However, I should mention, I wasn't ACTUALLY vibrating, I just felt it. It kind of annoyed me, so I moved my arms around to see if I could make it stop, but I couldn't.

I wondered if these were the vibrations that lead to Astral Projection, but then remembered reading that Erin described the vibrations as 'The most unnatural thing she had ever felt'. However, when the sensation came about, it actually felt some-what normal to me. Well, maybe not actually 'normal' but it didn't come as a huge shock or a giant impact. I could still move around, the feeling was pretty mild.

So I would like to know, could this sensation I felt be the vibrations?
