HI Marc. It seems like you have some good ideas for goal setting. I think the first step in improving our lives is to write out goals. Postive, present-tense statements. such as:
I eat healthy foods, such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grain.
I weigh x pounds.
I write 1 article/chapter a day.
I play tennis twice per week.
I have many loving friends.
etc, etc.... figure out what you want and then you can get to the next step.
