I made a green smoothie the other night:
half a dark green lettuce (could also use spinach, or bok choy whatever)
1/2 avocado
about 1/6 pineapple
about 1/6 cantaloupe (rock melon)
sprig of mint.
peel avocado, wash lettuce, peel fcantaloupe, pineapple and chop into chunks. Stick them in the blender and hit the button.
Yum.
