This is the whole positional aspect of everything all over again. If you hold a position, then you will have to defend it. Just allow yourself to be, to exist and have your beliefs, but don't constantly regurgitate them to other people in hopes of convincing them or in hopes of having them try to convince you that you are wrong. "A man convinced against his will is of the same opinion still."
