I mean, how long will this take? Plus, I can't expect my family to be on the same diet. Their food will be in the fridge and I won't have time for anything else and I'll eat it. I mean, it sounds like a military-like regimen. And, if you know ADHD at all, you'll realize it's nearly impossible for us to have any structure at all. I'd forget to eat if my stomach didn't complain. How can I tackle this seemingly insurmountable feat without a "Sven" (the Nordic looking guy on that commercial that makes all the plans for that family and runs around pushing them to get everything done)? I think healthcare should provide me with a coach like Rocky Balboa's. Any thoughts?
Yeah I've got some thoughts.

It's a lie that diet will help you.
Why?
Cause it's not addressing the core reason for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

The core reason is Pollution.
If you'll stop and think about what I said, you'll see I'm right.

Toxic Pollution disrupts the Organic humans Brain syntax process,
Why is this not common Medical Knowledge?

The Military-Industrial infrastructure will live in has "hijacked" Modern Medicine.

Get rid of the core reason, then you won't have ADHD.
(BTW- The medication you take is just a bandage, and again does not address the Core reason.)

Prove it to yourself, live somewhere for a couple of weeks that has no pollution.
(Countryside, beaches away from any major city, mountains, etc.)
