I think it shows a great degree of research and presentation. But I personally think it lacks in personal value, by the lack of a means to easily attain a plan to "keep ones braincells" which is the intention of the article correct?
Assuming your site is a self help / self improvement site, and your goal is to provide value to your readers. I would personally like to see a list of 25 things that kill brain cells, emphasizing on the top 10 if I don't want to take the time to read all 25 let alone 50. 2/3rds of that list of 50 are irrelevant to even the farthest outliers of your target market. You just aren't going to have meth users browsing your site to harness their brain power. Finish that off with a brief writeup on the most affective ways to preserve our cherished gray matter, and I think you will really have something.
Its over stated, but never the less effective "Keep it simple, Stupid"
Maybe I am off base, but thats my thoughts.
