There are
others for the Mac. Personally, I prefer Kinkless GTD, which I'll probably be using until Omni comes out with OmniFocus. Omni makes the excellent OmniWeb (currently on sale), OmniOutliner, OmniGraffle... and others. They do such good work.
I've heard good things about Midnight Inbox, which is still in beta.
