Ideally, I'd like to get 9 or 10 hours every day. I view sleep as incredibly valuable to good health. I don't like to see it as a waste of time...I'd rather just be more efficient with my waking hours and still get plenty of good sleep.
However, right now I'm in a bad cycle of getting only 4 or 5 hours of sleep per night on weekdays and making up for it on the weekends. I go to work at my job everyday and come home to work on my business....hopefully I can break this cycle when I build up my business enough to quit my day job.
