well, thanks for all advices. I'm not overweight, i think...i'm cool. i play sport a lot as my habbit, and i'm healthy, even called "monster" by my friends! and i'm so proud of it, and now i'm not having much time to keep those conditions, i think i just need to continue it, but if i spend that much of time on playing sport then i'll probably dont have time! i'll try walking and running... hope to see your advices.
