I concentrate intensely on something I enjoy, so when playing a fun computer game I would lean in and stare and really concentrate. I think that was the problem.

I've noticed that after quitting computer games the bags have also reduced in size. Unfortunately, I spend alot of time at my laptop still, such is the lifestyle of a student. But now I minimize it to essential activities; including personal growth!

Does anybody have any other information about screens and bags under the eyes? There is definately a correlation, but I imagine exposure at different points in the day is influential, for example.
I do spend a lot of time in front of my tv,and for 3 years i literally sat 2 feet from my tv because my room was small and i had to sit on my bed which was right next to my tv. Now i live somewhere else so my tv is farther away, but the bags are still there. Also, somebody mentioned holding something cool up to the eyes to get rid of the puffiness, that has never worked for me either,i have a few of those eye masks, they've never worked either.
