I'm home healing up a little case of pneumonia

so I had some time to try a few things I might not otherwise -- remember how I watched the Matrix the other night? Sometimes being sick is a real blessing!
Here's what I discovered today, thanks in part to some people here who have been raving about NLP, and also in part to the fact that the only energy I have is to channel surf: I came across a commercial for Paul McKenna, a famous U.K. personal development guy who incorporates hypnosis, NLP, and a quick form of EFT to help people lose weight, stop smoking, feel confident, etc. Looks like they're shipping him across the Pond to make a version of his weight loss show for us yanks.
Anyway, I downloaded his "Trance Download" from his website,
Paul McKenna NLP Weight Loss Training Courses - Paul Mckenna (it's about half and hour long, so it may take awhile to download), and settled in to listen. Yum! What a deliciously relaxing and sweet feeling meditation! I highly recommend it, especially if you're the type who gets an erotic charge from a good English accent. Really, really nice, and empowering. I will try it again later when I'm not high on Sudafed to see if I get a similar result.
Let me know what you think, please!
