i'm an ENFP (44 50 38 22). i have also tested as an ENFJ sometimes.

i'm extremely confident in my ability to jump into any social or working situation and figure it out or at least have a good time trying.

i do suffer from insecurity on some things at certain times -- i think we all do. but with few exceptions i am usually able to put the insecurity aside and act anyway. i try hard not to let my fears stop me and, in fact, if i'm afraid of something, i tend to take it as a sign that i should meet that something head on.

i would think that confidence would be linked somewhat to extroversion -- not as a hard and fast rule, but if you are comfortable with people, then you are more likely to act with confidence than if you wish you were not around them, you know?
