Yeah, being tired from exercise is a temporary thing. It will actually increase your energy levels and make your days less tiring the more you exercise.
Take some time everyday to dedicate to stayin in good physical condition, like someone else said a simple 20-30 minutes a day will do wonders for you if you do it consistently.
Remember that nothing is more important in your life than to: Eat, Sleep and Exercise and do them all well. If you fail at one of those, everything else in your life suffers.
