Do you spend alot of time in front of screens? I 100% blame the influence of computer games for my bags. I'm now 18 and they haven't gone away. Luckily my face looks sharper in general now I've matured physically and it's not as noticeable. I've kind of grown out of caring - people meet me with bags, they're used to them on me!
I concentrate intensely on something I enjoy, so when playing a fun computer game I would lean in and stare and
really concentrate. I think that was the problem.
I've noticed that after quitting computer games the bags have also reduced in size. Unfortunately, I spend alot of time at my laptop still, such is the lifestyle of a student. But now I minimize it to essential activities; including personal growth!
Does anybody have any other information about screens and bags under the eyes? There is definately a correlation, but I imagine exposure at different points in the day is influential, for example.
