I've read that if you wake up with puffy eyes, it might be from allergies. Try changing out your pillow/using an anti-allergy one, checking your laundry detergent, etc.
Another piece of advice I read was to try sleeping with the head of your bed elevated a few inches to 'drain' fluids from your face.
For me I've had the best results when I cut out refined carbohydrates-- have you ever tried the Dr. Perricone 3-day diet? (I think they call it the 3 day nutritional facelift, sounds gimmicky, I know). But when I did that, all puffiness was gone. And of course, watch your salt intake.
