It certainly is, unfortunately I had to stop because I starting to get knee problems. What I loved about it was after one hour in the court you felt like you run a marathon.
I am doing Bikrams Yoga now - never thought I would like yoga - but it is really challenging, you work out a good sweat and you still feel like you run a marathon at the end of it. There are claims that your body heals and I am hoping that I get my knees back into shape so I can start playing squash again.
