I recently extended my PhotoReading Money Back Guarantee to 6 months by sending them an email. Within a few days I got a reply confirming the extension and had no problems.
You can probably extend the Guarantee by phone as well (pretty sure you can), but I have no experience with that, so I won't recommend it. The email address I used to extend the Guarantee was:
