Default how to keep fit at home?

it happens as i have to go to school all day, and i really dont have time for sports. Everyday, i want to do something for my body and i just get confused,i want to practice some movements that dont make me too tired (i gotta do homeworks), and it balances my body, too. need your suggestion!
