follow your feelings
Hi,
I take a litle time to relax and bring up the ideas that seem to be blocking me, once I get the ideas I allow myself to feel the accociated feelings and acknowldge them as valid. I allow these feelings their full experience and in doing so release them. To stop them coming back I alter as many of the ideas that have caused the blocks as I become aware of them.
